The Process

Skilled project management leads to successful design solutions.
I have a five stage procedural program to ensure there is quality control throughout project production.

Stage 1 - Initial Client Brief

  • Thorough insight and recording of client expectations, schedules and budgets.
  • DGD Quotation presentation.
  • Quotation negotiation and final sign-off of both DGD quotation and DGD company trading terms and conditions.

Stage 2 - Concept Research and Development

  • Research and analysis of client requirements.
  • Concept development and design.
  • Concept presentation to client.

Stage 3 - Fine Tuning

  • Perfecting final concept solutions from client response and comments.

Stage 4 - Final Production

  • Source copy writing, royalty free photo library shots and photography.
  • Final master artwork production.
  • Email low res PDF files of master artwork to client for final proofing and approval.
  • Manage final production,manufacture and delivery of advertising / promotional product.

Stage 5 - Monitoring Results

  • Follow-up and cross examination of target market response results with client.
